In General. Employees of client organizations are directed to our Website through various methods, including email and paper invitations. We may also collect additional personal demographic information about you from your employer if your employer is a participant in one of our programs or services. We use survey and assessment data to report back respondent opinions on various topics of interest to the client organization and to prepare detailed assessment reports. With permission of the client organization, data may also be used for research purposes.
